• Long service life: Because the impeller of the pump is composed of two single-suction impellers back-to-back, the axial force will not be produced when working. In addition, the bearings are located on both sides of the shaft separately, lubricated by grease, and sealed by labyrinth type, which is non-contact and wear-free. Thus the bearing is effectively protected.
• Convenient maintenance: Since the pump body and the pump cover joint surface coincide with the horizontal plane of the axis line, when the pump is overhauled, there is no need to remove the inlet, outlet lines and move motors or other prime movers. This Paper Pump is suitable for the high speed paper feeding system, which can improve the paper output and paper quality, and is beneficial to the technical transformation of the old paper machine in our country at the same time.
• It is suitable for slurry transportation with temperatures below 80℃ and concentrations below 1%.
