1. Multiple installation modes of the Pulp Mixer

According to the user and slurry pool or slurry tower structure needs. The installation mode of the Pulp Mixer is divided into three types (code: slurry pool is P, slurry tower is T), guide rail type (code: slurry pool is PD, slurry tower is TD) and flange connection type (code: slurry pool or pulp tower is F). The base of the Pulp Mixer should be used for the installation of bracket type. Guide rail installation should be based on the Pulp Mixer foundation and motor (Connecting rail). Flange connection type installation does not need another foundation. It can be fixed directly on the pulp tank or the wall of the slurry tower with flange. Users can only sit on the ground with a support on the ground.

2. Mixer shaft seal form of the Pulp Mixer:

It is mainly related to the configuration of the Pulp Mixer.

Slurry tank Pulp Mixer shaft seal is sealed with skeleton oil seal packing, and no cooling water is added at the shaft seal. The shaft seal of Bracket or rail type slurry Pulp Mixer may be filled with packing seal without cooling water. The flushing water should be added when replacing the packing. And the shaft seal can replace the filler without emptying the slurry inside the slurry tower. The shaft seal of the flanged joint slurry Pulp Mixer is still the same as the shaft seal of the slurry pool Pulp Mixer.

3. The angle of the blade can be adjusted to meet the needs of the user, and the anti-loosening gasket is adopted for the Pulp Mixer.

4. The shaft of the Pulp Mixer is provided with a protective sleeve at the filler to avoid the wear of the shaft.
