Complete equipment includes GLS separation tank and supporting FPB filtrate pump, designed to pair with liquid ring vacuum pumps and Nessler pumps as front processing gear. Beyond conventional papermaking white water recycling, this Air Separation Tank fits many new industrial segments: textile fabric dewatering workshops, food pulp vacuum concentration lines, chemical raw material filtration stations, municipal sludge vacuum drying and mineral ore pulp recovery projects. Mixed gas-liquid flow enters the unit, moisture condenses into recyclable droplets at the tank bottom, then the anti-cavitation FPB pump automatically drains liquid even at 600Hg vacuum. Diverting wastewater away from pumping chambers eliminates rust and scale buildup on core vacuum equipment. We tailor the tank volume according to clients' air extraction rate and inlet gas humidity. All liquid-touching parts support material customization for acid, alkali and high-salinity waste fluid.
