Pulp Agitator

■ Multiple installation modes

Depending on user requirements and the structure of the slurry pool or pulp tower, the Pulp Agitator can be installed in three ways: bracket type (code: P for slurry pool, T for pulp tower), guide rail type (code: PD for slurry pool, TD for pulp tower), and flange connection type (code: F for both slurry pool and pulp tower). The bracket type requires a mounting base. The guide rail type needs a foundation and a connecting rail for the motor. The flange connection type does not require a separate foundation and can be fixed directly to the tank or tower wall using a flange.

■ Shaft seal design

The shaft seal configuration depends on the Pulp Agitator's setup. For a slurry pool agitator, the shaft seal uses a skeleton oil packing and operates without cooling water. For bracket‑type or guide‑rail‑type slurry agitators, the seal may use packing without cooling water, though flushing water is required when replacing the packing. The seal design allows packing replacement without emptying the slurry tower. The flange‑connected Pulp Agitator follows the same shaft seal arrangement as the slurry pool type.

■ Adjustable blade angle

The blade angle of the Pulp Agitator can be adjusted to meet process needs, and an anti‑loosening gasket is used to secure the adjustment.

■ Shaft protective sleeve

A protective sleeve is installed on the shaft at the packing location to prevent shaft wear.
