Water Suction Vacuum Pump

The 2BEC series Water Suction Vacuum Pump and compressor is designed to extract gases that contain no solid particles, are insoluble in water and are non‑corrosive, creating vacuum or pressure inside closed vessels. By changing the materials of construction, this Water Suction Vacuum Pump can also handle corrosive gases or operate with corrosive liquids as the working fluid. It finds wide application in papermaking, chemical, petrochemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, building materials, electrical, coal washing, mineral processing, fertilizer and many other fields.

The pump adopts a single‑stage single‑acting layout, which keeps the structure simple, maintenance easy and operation dependable, while offering high efficiency and good energy savings. It copes well with severe working conditions such as large gas displacement swings and sudden load shocks. As a Water Suction Vacuum Pump, the design ensures consistent operation.

On the technical side, the 2BEC series uses welded impellers. The blades are stamped in one piece and shaped for optimal performance, while the hubs are fully machined, solving dynamic balance issues from the start. The impeller is hot‑fitted onto the pump shaft, giving dependable performance and smooth running. After welding, the impeller undergoes proper heat treatment, giving the blades good toughness and reliable impact and bending resistance, so it stands up to load shock fluctuations.

The pump comes with its own gas‑water separator, multi‑position exhaust ports and a maintenance window with an exhaust valve on the pump cover. The clearance between the impeller and the distribution plate is set by the brimping covers at both ends of the positioning bearing, making installation, operation and routine servicing straightforward.
